for with other details. As soon as Order and Payment is received You
will be sent a confirmation then your order will be processed and items
shipped to your address immediately, or

Pay by Paymate (no registration is required and process is simple) and
send us an Email with number or name of courses you
paid for, your name, email, telephone number (so we can contact you
if there are any problems with your order), address where your order
will be shipped?

procedures are the same as in first option.

+61 9621 2621 with list of courses you want to buy. Then simply make
payment with Paypal or Paymate. Soon we receive & clear payment,
the items will be shipped to your address immediately.

CNC-Academy.com does not charge any additional handling fees or hidden
costs. Our shopping cart allows you to see the final sales price before
you purchase. We want you to know what you are being charged before you
purchase any quality products from us. Freight is calculated from the
weight and value of your order and your destination. The freight charges
are calculated on a per-order basis. It is already calculated
when you paying for your basket. If the Freight calculation cannot
be performed at the placing of the order it will be calculated manually
and emailed to you with the details of your order for your approval and
acceptance.

ordered items will be delivered ?
A:
Item will be shipped after the payment is cleared. The items will not be shipped out till the payment clears. All goods are delivered to your door by subsidized Courier, Express Post service or by Registered insured mail. Deliveries are prompt (3-7 working days depending on location) (subject to stock availability)
Note to Pay Pal users: Items can only be shipped to your Pay Pal confirmed address. Please don't ask us to ship to a non confirmed address. Your request will be denied. Can I return product if damaged and get refund? - RETURN POLICY

Please read CNC Course description before you select it for your studies. Ask for additional details, content and benefits.
If the product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged or is not
what you ordered (Different product) you may return it and obtain a refund
of the price of the Product returned ONLY if you contact us within 3 Working
Days of delivery of the product to you.
You are welcome to return it with 25% restocking fee. We will only refund
the price paid for the Products you have returned - Shipping, restocking
fee and insurance are NOT refundable.
We do not have return policy for Online CNC Courses and Downloaded items.
