How can I place an order?

Now it's easier than ever to place an order with us using our PayPal Shopping Basket, SECURE ON-LINE PURCHASE.
All credit card data are transmitted using the secure (encrypted) HTTP protocol according to the current SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128-bit strong cryptography standard. There are several easy ways how to place your order and get your Course:

1. Whenever you see an CNC Course you'd like to study, simply click the PayPal button ADD TO BASKET link bellow the item description and price. When finish, simply pay on Paypal secure checkout with your Credit card. You'll receive your CNC Courses on CD in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

To be more safe and clear you can Email us number and name of courses you paid for with other details. As soon as Order and Payment is received You will be sent a confirmation then your order will be processed and items shipped to your address immediately, or

2. Pay by Direct Bank Transfer to our nominated account. Some of the most common bank transfer methods are: Online bank transfers. Please look for Course pricing in CNC Course description then add $8.6 for Freight and insurance and let us know what you are paying for. Please note all prices are in US$. Or ask us for a quote. Also let us know if this is your prefered payment option so we can advise our Bank details , your name, email, telephone number (so we can contact you if there are any problems with your order), delivery address where your order will be shipped?

Processing procedures are the same as in first option.

3. We accept Western Union payments as well. Let us know if this is your prefered option we will send you instruction how to quickly and safely complete payment. Also you can pick up the phone and call +61 (0)414 862 544 and place an order, or E mail us
with list of courses you want to buy. Then simply make payment with Paypal or other payment methods. Soon we receive & clear payment, the items will be shipped to your address instantly.

How do I know you received my order?

A:

Upon receipt of your order you will be sent a confirmation that your order has arrived and an invoice will be issued by CNC-Academy.com and Emailed back to you,
Once your order has been shipped we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment and advising when you can expect the goods.

How much will freight cost me?

A:
CNC-Academy.com does not charge any additional handling fees or hidden costs. Our shopping cart allows you to see the final sales price before you purchase. We want you to know what you are being charged before you purchase any quality products from us. Freight is calculated from the weight and value of your order and your destination. The freight charges are calculated on a per-order basis. It is already calculated when you paying for your basket. If the Freight calculation cannot be performed at the placing of the order it will be calculated manually and emailed to you with the details of your order for your approval and acceptance.

NOTE: Shipping charges are specified on the invoice or in other cases we will contact you by email.

Can I pay by Bank Check or Money Order through Mail?

Yes. Simply send your Money order or Bank Check in USD$ (US Dollars) to CNC Academy.com address.

If you are paying with Checks or Money order please let us know, we will supply Pay to details.

How ordered items will be delivered ?

A:

Item will be shipped after the payment is cleared. The items will not be shipped out till the payment clears. All goods are delivered to your door by subsidized Courier, Express Post service or by Registered insured mail. Deliveries are prompt (From 3 working days to 3 weeks depending on location) - subject to stock availability.

Note to Pay Pal users: Items can only be shipped to your Pay Pal confirmed address. Please don't ask us to ship to a non confirmed address. Your request will be denied. If you need items shipped to an address other than your confirmed address, please send in a Money Order.

What if I am purchasing from overseas?

Same procedure is applied. All payments must be made in USD$ if paid by Money order or Bank cheque, they must be official bank cheques. If you have any queries please contact us by E mail or phone. Please note that delivery time can take 1-3 weeks depend of location.

Can I return product if damaged and get refund? - RETURN POLICY

Please read CNC Course description before you select it for your studies. Ask for additional details, content and benefits.

If the product you have purchased from us is faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered (Different product) you may return it and obtain a refund of the price of the Product returned ONLY if you contact us within 3 Working Days of delivery of the product to you.
You are welcome to return it with 25% restocking fee. We will only refund the price paid for the Products you have returned - Shipping, restocking fee and insurance are NOT refundable.
We do not have return policy for Online CNC Courses and Downloaded items.
